Signing In to Pfotos — All the Ways You Can Get In

Google, Apple, Microsoft, Yahoo, or email — whatever works best for you.

Date created: 2026-05-03

Pfotos lets you sign in several different ways, so you can use the account you already have instead of remembering yet another password.

Your sign-in options

Sign in with Google — If you have a Gmail address or any Google account, this is usually the fastest. Tap "Continue with Google" and pick your Google account.

Sign in with Apple — If you have an iPhone, iPad, or any Apple device, you can use your Apple ID. This works with Apple's Hide My Email feature too, if you'd rather not share your real email address.

Sign in with Microsoft — If you have an Outlook, Hotmail, or work Microsoft account, this option signs you in with that.

Sign in with Yahoo — If you have a Yahoo email address, you can sign in with it directly. Pfotos works with all major Yahoo accounts.

Email magic link — If you don't use any of the above (or just don't remember which account is which), you can type your email address and Pfotos will send you a link. Tap the link in the email and you're signed in. No password needed.

Which one should I use?

It doesn't matter much. Whatever email you use most often is probably the right answer. If you don't have or use any of the major providers, the email magic link is the simplest — it just emails you a one-time link to sign in.

A note for older users: if you've ever felt frustrated by passwords, the email magic link option exists exactly for this. You don't need to remember anything. Type your email, check your inbox, tap the link.

Check your spam or junk folder first — it's the most common cause. If it's still missing after a few minutes, the email may have been delayed by your email provider. Wait 5 minutes and try again. If it still doesn't show up, write to us at support@pfotos.app and we'll help you get in.

Will Pfotos always remember me?

Yes. Once you sign in on a device, Pfotos keeps you signed in. You'll only need to sign in again if you sign out manually, switch devices, or clear your browser/app data.

What if I get locked out?

Don't panic. Pfotos has a recovery system — see the article Account Recovery: If You're Locked Out for the steps. We've designed Pfotos so that losing access to your account is a recoverable problem, not a permanent one.
